- Browse through our wide catalogue of products until you nd something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer our size chart) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products to your cart)
- In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or conrm the order
- To proceed, you can either log into your existing KOPE86 account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one
- Once this is all set, proceed to checkout, conrm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and conrm your order
Even though we try to ship your order the same day of order because we’re super excited about it, sometimes your order may take 48hrs time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a conrmation message including your tracking information.
We generally ship the items within the time specied on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Usually it takes 7-10 business days. Estimated Delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We notify you when we ship your consignment and will provide you with a Tracking number.
All disputes regarding delivery need to be raised within 72 hours of your order being marked delivered. No action or investigation will be feasible if 72 hours have passed since your order was marked delivered.

Customers can return and exchange their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered. We request you to keep the item in its original condition, tags attached, warranty cards in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund, or replacement.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on KOPE86.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. It is available for most pincodes. With COD you can pay in cash as and when the order arrives at your destination. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 50 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.150.
