SHIPPING POLICY
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request. We usually ship our products within 3-5 working days Orders within India are delivered within 7 – 10 working days, and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. (All disputes regarding delivery need to be raised within 72 hours of delivery date. No investigation will be feasible after 72 hours of time of delivery). We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 50 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.150
RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND
Customers can return and exchange their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered. We request you to keep the item in its original condition, tags attached, warranty cards in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund, or replacement. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have received a defective product, send us images at enquirykope86@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once con rmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 14 days of its date of delivery, All refunds will be credited into your bank account directly. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at enquirykope86@gmail.com Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 7-10 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
